Automations Degradation
The backlog is clear, but the root cause will need to be separately addressed.
The issue seems to be a massive amount of Taziki's automations running on every contact update. Taziki's triggered a contact import of ~100k contacts earlier this morning. Intervention from CS will be required to fix the root cause, simplifying and reducing the number of automations.
We are investigating an issue with high automation usage, possibly run-away or a loop due to a bad automation.
