We've now resolved the incident. The user facing impact was delays of up to 1 hour for some messages due to incorrect scheduling of campaign messages. Campaigns were launching at the correct time, but the message sending was being incorrectly scheduled post-launch, trying to send too quickly, leading to other higher priority messages getting stuck behind the over-eager campaign messages. We do not expect any impact to deliverability. Thanks for your patience.
