Delivery delays are back to normal, although delivery receipts are delayed and/or dropped by some carriers.
Things are returning closer to normal as carrier congestion starts to ease.
Latency has picked up some more, and we expect delays to continue until the early evening.
We're seeing a small up-tick in failed message sending and carrier latency.
