We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. Some campaigns may need to be re-sent that were due to go out between 9:30-10AM owing to their audience not being loaded in.

We are experiencing an outage of the contacts service. segments will not render correctly in the UI, and campaign audiences will not be loaded into campaigns when they go live. We are working to resolve this ASAP.
