This incident was caused by an internal routing issue as part of a maintenance window of our cloud provider. We have since validated the corrected networking and health status of existing Metabase infrastructure.
We have identified a subset of traffic is being navigated to an unhealthy portion of our Metabase infrastructure. We are working to rebalance traffic as we resolve the underlying issue with the unhealthy instances. Dashboards may be unavailable for a short time while we work to resolve this issue.
We'll provide an update on the current status within 1 hour or as we have more information.
We are investigating reports of some dashboard management functionality. Customers can still view, download, and analyze metrics related to their dashboards. We'll update with more information within the next 2 hours.
